1.      DEPARTMENT PLACEMENT SYSTEM 

 This system will be developed to assist the placement and department selection of those departments computer science, information system and information technology of INFORMATICS COLLEGE.  The main purpose of this project is to store the student’s details and to find the entire eligible candidate to that department, satisfying the specified criteria. This will be a user friendly project that enables all kind of users to work with, even without any prior knowledge of computer.

2.      BUS TICKET RESERVATION

This project must maintain the database of the Bus Ticket Reservation of Kombolcha - Addis Ababa which includes the database of bus-detail, agent-detail, registration, ticket information and cancellation of ticket etc. It contains various facilities such as you can maintain information about agents and drivers.

3.      INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Inventory Management System for KIOT is a system which will be used to keep track of sales and purchase of goods and managing those goods. Its main objective is to keep track of stocks, sales and purchase of goods, maintain staff and customer information according the stock they own.

4.      EXAM SCHEDULE SYSTEM

This Project provides Time tables, Exam schedule to students and instructors of Informatics College. It contains various facilities such as you can maintain information about numbers of students, time allotted, number of invigilators and course owner instructors.  .

5.      HOTEL MENU AND ORDER SYSTEM

If you want to order such as food and drinks in the Habesha Hotel in Kombolcha it is very difficult thing to search that food in the menu at that moment and if we search it manually it takes lot of time at the same time we need additional information from the waiter of the hotel. So this system will have main objective is to keep track of lists services in menu which is updated, manage orders based on menu, maintain waiters’ information according the order.

6.      GRADE SHEET GENERATOR SYSTEM

This project will be developing for helping registrars to automatically generate grades for each subject for each student without any manual calculations. This automatic grade generation system where we just need to enter basic information of course, student, and calculate grade and show results.

7.      LIBRARY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Library management system is a system that developed to make a book searching, book returned and catalogs. The scope of this software application is to generate the automatic process of manual handling of Library records and to handle the stock as well as book issues related information. 

8.      HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS 

The main purpose of developing this HR management application is to provide effective solution in KIOT HR management. This system provides good interaction between HR and all employees regarding recruitment of new employee, concern about salaries and promotion status, and experience details.

9.      VEHICLE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE SYSTEM

  The objective of developing this project is to give best possible solution to the transportation services problem of KIOT Employees on appropriate time and place in schedule manner using: firstly, all vehicles have to register on this application and schedule those vehicles on specified place and time. On the other way employees able to request for transporting by filling form and then after getting confirmation each employee be use the service.

10.      MOVIE STORE SYSTEM

The system used to manage video rentals and controls when videos are checked out, due to return, overdue/late fees and for added complexity create a summary of those accounts which are overdue for contact to one of movie stores in Kombolcha city. 

11.      SUPERMARKET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The objective of the “Supermarket Management System “is to produce software which manages the sales activity done in a supermarket exist in Kombolcha city, maintaining the stock details, maintaining the records of the sales done for a particular month/year. The users will consume less time in calculation and the sales activity will be completed within a fraction of seconds whereas manual system will make the user to write it down which is a long procedure and it also consumes a lot of time The data will be stored in the database. Because of this software, paper work will be reduced and the user can spend more time on the monitoring the supermarket. 

               12. ATTENDANCE SYSTEM

This project is helpful in keeping the attendance records of students in informatics college within particular session and section. He/she must click on the attendance system to enter their attendance, to edit their attendance, to delete their attendance. The student can also view the report as to how many days he had in a particular month by checking in the report.

               13. CLINIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

This software provides easy access of the students data of  KIOT clinic. The software maintains individual patient account registers for each treatment. Also includes appointment schedule. It is easy to search and retrieve the information stored, related to patients. Previous medical records are used to manage documents of patients visited earlier.
